Treebo Mayur, Mall Road

Getting hold of the hotel by phone was difficult, as our calls either didn’t get through or weren’t answered. There was no parking, and the staff weren’t cooperative or helpful. Neither the mobile network nor the Wi-Fi worked properly, which was a real inconvenience. The rooms were poorly maintained and uncomfortable, and the food was extremely bad, including the breakfast that came with the stay. It was a very disappointing experience and a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The views from every room are spectacular, looking across the valley, and the hotel sits right on Mall Road. That location alone makes it worth considering. The rooms are compact and average, though the scenery helps. The complimentary breakfast was a big letdown, with taste and quality well below local restaurants. I’d skip the food and enjoy the view instead.

We were given a used room, then moved to another one and had the washroom cleaned again. The desk person was really good and helped us figure out where to go. The location is amazing, and it’s an okay place for a night if you want to experience Mall Road. The rooms could use work.

The room service at Hotel Mayur Tribaggo was really nice, and the service overall was excellent. The Pachadi food was so good, especially the kadi and Kurth ki dal.
