Grand Galaxy Hotel Krishna

The rooms are just okay, but they aren't worth the quoted price, and the photos online don't match this hotel. There's no dedicated car park, so you have to leave your vehicle on the roadside, which didn't feel safe. Our car got a scratch, and I'm not sure how it happened.

The building photo on Google is misleading, and this place is nowhere near the three stars it claims. The rooms look like they haven't been cleaned in years: dusty, filthy, and mosquito-friendly. The corridors are dusty and smell bad, and there was no service. Toiletries amounted to a ₹5 Medimix. I wouldn't recommend it until they clean the place.

The first photo is misleading. The hotel doesn't look anything like that. Rooms are okay, but the floor is really sticky. It's only useful if you need somewhere as a late-night rescue option.

The toilets were in very bad condition, and the furniture felt like it belonged in an old haveli, creaking when I tried to sleep. Other guests talked loudly late at night and early in the morning, but no hotel staff came to quiet them down. The hotel has a lift, yet they keep it switched off. When asked, they say it's under maintenance, and only turn it on after a lot of insistence. There are TVs but no subscription. No one was there to help with luggage, so you have to manage on your own. There's no private parking either, meaning vehicles have to be left on the road. I didn't feel it was safe for families: guests drink alcohol in open areas and management doesn't act. I also want to share that I gave one star because I was asked to give a review. Please think before booking this hotel.
