The food was awesome, and the staff were supportive and the rooms good. The service was beautiful, and I’m very thankful. It felt like being at home, not in a hotel.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the food and services were good. The prime location made everything convenient and the stay comfortable. Room cleaning could be improved, but it was a great experience overall.

The soybean chilli was so disgusting I couldn’t eat a single bite. I visited during Navaratri and ordered that along with a few other items, but cancelled every order and left the hotel. They had taken the bill in advance, but thankfully returned my money. The worst food I’ve ever had in my life. Never gonna visit again.

I’ve attached photos that seem to show carelessness with the food. DUM faktory doesn’t live up to its reputation. They seem focused on their own business and pay little attention to the guests staying at Happy times. I’d humbly ask Wasan sir to look into this.

When we pointed out that the online rate was cheaper, he sent us to look at the room. Right after that, its availability disappeared from the booking sites, seemingly so he could charge us the price he wanted.
