Hotel 24 Seven

The host was warm and really friendly, and the location makes lots of amenities easy to reach. I'd come back for a second visit.

My wife and I booked a suite with breakfast for a holiday, checking in on the 16th and out on the 17th. I paid Rs.6300 through an app. The suite was large, but getting into it felt like entering a run-down property: the ceiling at the entrance had black water seepage marks that looked like a big cobweb, and the dim view made it feel like a cave. They said this was the best room in the hotel, though the window looked out onto the unpainted wall of an old house. The curtains were old and stained, while the linen was okay. The bathroom was clean, but one of the wall-mounted shampoo and body soap dispensers was missing. The kettle was broken, and the replacement they brought was broken too. The tea cups were smaller than ones at a small tea stall, and the glasses were cheap and stained. In a double room they left only one each of the glass, soap, and other items, so I had to ask for another set. The sofas and chairs were dusty and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. When I asked for bathroom slippers, they gave me a used pair. The restaurant was pathetic, as I describe below. I think rooms at this kind of hotel should cost 4-4.5K, not this much. It shouldn't be in the 3 star category. Housekeeping seemed not to do its job, and staff were very arrogant. Only one or two people at reception were good to speak with, including the managers...

I stayed for business and liked the privacy, and the suites are good for families or groups of friends too. The location is great, and the food was good, especially The thalis. I saw visitors from srilanka and kerla touring and staying here. Most of the staff were cooperative, especially Akshay and sarthak, the room boys. Thanks for the friendly vibe and the Home tasting food.

The food was very good, and the waiters and room service were great. Harshad gave us especially good customer service. The place felt really comfortable, and I couldn't have asked for better service.
