The room had major comfort issues: no hot water, and neither the air conditioner nor the ceiling fan worked, so it felt stifling. It was also poorly cleaned and maintained, with no clean towels, drinking water, or toiletries provided. We couldn’t get proper housekeeping or room service either. When we asked for help, staff ignored us or responded with an attitude. The problems started at reception, where the service felt careless and unfriendly. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and tried to charge extra without clearly explaining why. There was no backup support for electricity problems, and the Wi-Fi advertised as free and high-speed barely worked. The whole stay was frustrating and unsatisfactory. The hotel seemed disorganized and undertrained, and it felt like saving money mattered more than guest comfort. I wouldn’t recommend it. Staff behavior, service, and maintenance all need serious improvement.

The room was comfortable, roomy, clean, and stylish, with good equipment. Dinner was good value, and the service there was attentive and efficient. The hotel also has a lovely atmosphere and a great location, and the staff made a wonderful first impression. The receptionist and others were especially friendly and helpful. I was really pleased with my stay and hope to come back for longer next time.

The hot water stopped suddenly on the second day, even in the morning. At reception, the man was rude and charged 400/- per day for an extra person because I’d mistakenly booked for one person in a double room for the two of us.

There’s a restaurant and bar 🍺 at the hotel, and breakfast is included. The location is handy for Panchvati, temples, and historic spots, and the room rates are average too. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as we expected from a hotel, but otherwise it was a nice stay.
