The rooms are clean and in good shape for a budget hotel near Pathardi Phata, so the price feels fair for that level of cleanliness. Most bookings seem to be handled through OYO. Service could be better. There’s a restaurant and bar on the ground floor, but it’s open-air and can feel chilly on cold days. The first floor also has an air-conditioned restaurant.
The restaurant costs a bit more, though the food tastes good enough to make up for it. My stay was otherwise excellent: the rooms are well kept, and the staff were quick, courteous, and helpful. There’s an attached restaurant, room service is available, and the service was outstanding.
The reception staff didn’t seem professional or willing to help, and the hotel came across as catering to a select group of customers. The rooms themselves are good, but the noisy ground-floor restaurant felt unpleasant for families, especially women.
The staff were really kind. When I asked late at night, they changed my bed. The room was small and the food was decent. It felt a little shady for couples, though, and with a bar in the hotel, men could be heard making noise all night.
I’m a total foreigner, and a really nice guy helped me choose shisha. The rooftop restaurant and bar had tasty food and a very good shisha selection, and both the service and recommendations were top quality.
