Hotel Grape City

I booked a room here through yatra. Com, but the night before, they cancelled it by email. When I called, the person said I could book directly with them, but at a much higher price. That’s unfair. Yatra. Com should not allow this kind of malpractice on their portal.

We stayed for 3 days and had a good experience overall. It’s budget friendly. Please work on the kids play area and improve the breakfast menu.

Very bad management. The hotel shows rooms available on agent websites like yatra, etc. Once you book, they cancel from their end and ask for more money for the same booking at the last minute. Excellent trap!

We went there for diner and found a cockroach in our vegetable. I wish I could have given a negative rating. We approached Mr. Sujan, the manager, and asked him to call the chef. He came back after 10 mins saying the chef was having diner and we would have to wait. The head chef was very rude when he heard about it, saying it was ok instead of apologising. Mr. Sujan supported him. Please avoid this restaurant. Absolute NO, it’s risky for health to eat there. We also saw his register with many complaints that the AC rooms were not working well.
