The hotel is right by the road, so at least we could find something to eat. Inside, the rooms were dusty and the toilets hadn't been dried. The lift was painfully slow and could only take one or two people at a time. Service was poor, and the receptionist was both lazy and rude. There's no restaurant or tea, and even when we asked, they wouldn't provide spoons or dishes. There was no phone in the room to reach reception either.

The hotel is in Panchwati, Nashik, near Mumbai Naka, so you can get to Panchwati by auto or taxi from there. Sita Gupha is nearby too. Our room was spacious enough, and the service was friendly. They let us check in 40 minutes early. AAMANTRAN VEG RESTAURANTS is on site and has a tasty range of food, but breakfast choices were disappointing: they served only idli or upma.

We were travelling as a family with two senior citizens, and the rooms felt cramped. There were no safety grills on the windows, and despite several requests, we never got towels for the bathroom. The lift had been out of order for days with no effort to fix it, so we asked for a room on the first floor. One of the three unskilled reception staff told us, “Don't waste my time, go find another place.” They didn't know how to speak to tourists. Not worth visiting.

The bed sheets and quilt were in terrible condition, and housekeeping was poor. Our room had no window and no air exhaust, and there wasn't even a bucket for bathing. They didn't provide water or a house kit. Service was very poor overall, and I didn't expect this from OYO.

The room was on the small side, but it was fine for a stay, and the rooms were kept very clean. Staff were approachable and responsive. Food at the hotel's restaurant was very good, though a little costly. If you choose a room with breakfast, the unlimited buffet makes it good value for the money.
