The power cuts kept disrupting the stay, with lights flickering off and leaving the room dark. The phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t contact the front desk or ask for help. Staff were almost impossible to find, and when I did find someone, they seemed uninterested and unhelpful. The AC struggled when power was on, the TV was useless, and I worried about safely charging my devices. This expensive shack had no service, a dysfunctional room, and constant power failures. The worst hotel experience of my life. Save your money and sanity and stay anywhere else. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The staff were ill-mannered and had no way of talking to people. They also don’t deliver what they promise. The TV wasn’t working and the rooms weren’t clean. Worst service, a nightmare. Don’t go if you really don’t want problems. I had no other option, or I’d have given the hotel negative stars.

Just look at this and decide whether you want to stay here. There’s no water and no basic amenities. I personally suggest you don’t stay here.

The food was tasty and the rates were reasonable. There’s parking for two-wheelers, and seating if you have to wait. The customer service was polite and courteous. The place is very clean and spacious, with good ventilation and morning sunlight. One should visit.

The bed and blankets were dirty, and the place seemed poorly kept. I went to look at the rooms, but the hotel across from it, vaishali, is a better option.
