Even getting food meant going out and arranging it myself. There was no caretaker to help, and no support or service from the lodge at all. The geyser didn't work, and basic things like towels, drinking water, and essential amenities were missing. The place was very dirty and in poor condition. The lady at reception was rude and disrespectful the whole time. Her insulting attitude made us feel unwelcome, and there was no basic courtesy or professionalism. They also added extra charges that felt fake. Despite the poor conditions and service, the prices were very high. It was a frustrating stay with no sense of hospitality or customer care. I wouldn't recommend it.

After the OYO app discount, I got the room for a very good price. It was small but fine for me, and the services were okay. They didn't provide towels, toiletries, or complimentary water. The AC wasn't working, though it was cold that night so we didn't really need it. It was a nice experience overall.

We booked through OYO for three days, and they treated us differently from people who booked directly. They wouldn't share the exact location. There was no laundry, and they said the AC and TV were under repair, so they kept asking us to change rooms 2-3 times. We had already paid for the three days, so we had no choice but to stay. At checkout they charged us extra for extending by 4hours, then chased us out as if an audit was coming and we had to leave within 5min. We were there with a 2yr old, and it wasn't suitable for a family. It may suit other guests, who they seemed to encourage.

The bathroom was dirty and unhygienic, with no toiletries or hand wash. The bedsheets were dirty too, and the room was shabby with a broken lock. They were serving RO water in used plastic and Bisleri bottles, which added to the disappointment. It wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend it.
