Greenstones Boutique Hotel by Treebo

At about 2000 a night, these are basic rooms suited to a quick overnight family stay. A few fundamentals need attention: room 206 has no window glass, there are no bathroom hooks, and the door bolt doesn't work.

We booked this hotel because we were attending a nearby wedding, but had no water in the washroom when we checked in. It took several complaints before they got it running, and we reached the function 90 minutes late. The same thing happened the next morning. We had to leave by 8:30, had been reporting the water problem since 7, and staff kept saying someone would check but nobody came. Then they stopped answering calls. Tea wasn't available until after 8:30 either. The basic services weren't in place, and the price is far too high for this kind of hotel.

We booked a super deluxe room for one night in Nashik for a wedding and had a terrible stay. The bathroom had no water when we arrived, just as we needed to get ready for the haldi ceremony. After repeated complaints, water finally came for a while, about an hour later. The next morning we were leaving for the wedding ceremony and had been complaining since 7 am, but again there was no water. That's a basic necessity, even at a one star hotel. The towel had stains too, but we had to overlook them because we were already running late.

The location is central for getting around nashik, and I had one of my best stays here. My room was really good and clean, and the service was right on. I didn't try the breakfast, though it looked good.
