Gulshan Deluxe by OYO Rooms

I booked two rooms online for 29 Feb, 1200 pm to 01 Mar, 1100 am, and paid 1730. When I arrived, they wouldn't give me a room, saying it needed cleaning, and told me to go out marketing while they got clean rooms ready. I wasn't given rooms until around 1900 hrs, and they were shabby, with no towels or soap. There was no service after that. The TV didn't work, they didn't provide blankets, and the staff were extremely rude. This was the worst experience I've had with any of my bookings. Please don't refer OYO44282 to anyone, they harass customers under the pretext of giving better treatment.

Disastrous, just ugly. The room stank, the bathroom was dirty and had no lights, and the linens had blood marks. There were no charger plugs, no towel, and the phone didn't work. The ACs obviously didn't work either, and there was no remote, just an AC for show.

I've never stayed in such a bad hotel. The room and bedsheets were filthy, and the washroom hadn't been cleaned properly. They never provided towels, or the TV and AC remotes. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, the staff were rude.

I was in room 205, and it didn't even have a lock. When I asked to switch rooms, they told me not to worry because they had CCTV cameras. It was a horrible stay, the worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend booking with OYO, even though this was an OYO verified property.
