The location is way out, and the entrance area was covered in dirt. Getting luggage through the entrance was difficult because the door closes without a stopper. Someone should open it for guests, or it should be a manual door that’s easy to open. Inside, there was dust everywhere. The bathroom was extremely dirty, there was no mat outside it, and water ran from the bathroom into the bedroom. They gave no towel, soap, water, glass, or internet. The bedsheet and blanket were filthy too.

They handed me the keys and told me my room was on the 3rd floor, so I could open it myself. The bedsheets were dirty, and the menu was so expensive that when I asked for something not listed, they demanded EXTRA MONEY. After I checked out and left, they called and lied that I’d forgotten something in the room. When I returned, 3 guys forced me to pay extra money and threatened me with abusive words. They said the bedsheets were dirty and wanted 1000 rs for laundry. I was with my girl, so I paid because they literally tried to beat me. Please don’t go to this hotel.

The food was poor value and service was very slow. We ordered chilli potato and spring roll, but got tiny portions swimming in so much oil that we could have fried things in it. The price didn’t match the quality either. Outside food isn’t allowed, so if you want an evening meal, order in the afternoon if you want it on time.

We arrived in the evening after running late, but the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait. There’s no lift, and the AC wasn’t working properly. Even after asking many times, we got no towel. They charged above MRP for a water bottle and asked for money before bringing it. What nonsense. Improve the service or shut the hotel.
