Breakfast could use a few improvements, but everything else was excellent. The food was very good throughout my stay, and the spacious rooms were well kept and had the amenities I needed to relax. The whole staff was friendly, courteous, and quick to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay at Grand Ffour Hotel and would gladly come back.

I chose Grand Ffour while attending the AI Impact Summit, since prices around Bharat Mandapam were crazy. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the metro station right next door makes it convenient. What stood out most was how great everyone was, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant. Thanks to the whole team, especially Gokul Singh, Ram Ashish, and Ashish in the restaurant, and Kundan Singh, Desh Raag, and Ayub Husain at the front desk and management.

The staff made the stay for me. They were humble, helpful, well trained, and served breakfast very professionally. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had the toiletries I needed. Dinner and breakfast were both very good, though breakfast didn't have many choices.

I stay at Grand F4 Hotel around 10-15 days each month, and it feels warm and comfortable, almost like home. The food is a big part of it, especially the dal and roti, which taste so authentic and homely. Rooms are consistently clean, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are polite, cooperative, and supportive. I'd recommend it for the comfort, good food, and homelike feel. Regards, Kapil Kumar
