The grounds are huge, so we spent hours walking around, and the air felt less smoggy than elsewhere in the city. My toddler ate the meals, drank the RO purified water, and tried some cut fruit and salad without any health issues. The restaurant adjusted dishes for my child and even offered to pack food for the journey out of Delhi. The staff were professional, cheerful and kind throughout. Special thanks to GM Prachi ji, Jashan Ji, Sudhanshu ji and everyone who helped with our needs. Traveling to Delhi with a toddler who’d never been to the country had made me anxious, but the hospitality made the experience fantastic. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Delhi. One thing to know: some rooms don’t have windows that open to the outside, so I’d call ahead to request one. Thank you!

We’d been looking forward to staying at Maidens Hotel, which seems like a terrific place, and we’ll try again on a future trip to India’s capital. This time we got our booking date wrong by a month, and the hotel was already full. We arrived late after unexpected travel delays and rushed to check in, only to discover the mistake. The day was already going badly, but the front office team and that night’s supervisor, Rachit Verma, treated us with patience and gave us helpful guidance and attention. They helped us find another booking quickly. Their experience and calm response kept the situation from becoming much worse. This review is really for the staff, especially those at the front office and Rachit Verma. We’ll come back with the right dates, knowing the team provides quality service.

Everyone remembers your name, and nothing seems like too much trouble. The rooms are huge, so it works well as a base for a longer stay, and the location is handy for most attractions. It was a lovely surprise, with possibly the best hotel service I’ve experienced. This will be my new benchmark, and it’ll be hard to choose another place in Delhi.

Breakfast was outstanding, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The team seemed well trained in looking after overseas guests and were attentive throughout. The hotel has a no tipping policy, but encourages guests to call out good service. After breakfast, someone checked whether we wanted coffee to go, which was a thoughtful, useful gesture. Probably the best hotel of our stay in India, and highly recommended.
