After I paid 800, my OYO booking showed that I’d checked in and out, with the low amount I paid recorded. The hotel wouldn’t honor the online booking price and told me, “is price pe nhi milega,” then made me pay extra and gave me a room through another booking. They wouldn’t provide a GST BILL even after I asked many times. They did this to many customers on the same day, 23 april 2026. They refused rooms through oyo booking and gave rooms for 800, saying “oyo proce km hai usme nhi hoga.” Now they’re also showing a completed check-in and checkout on OYO. They’re scamming customers and committing GST fraud too. Never trust these scamsters.

We lost about 10 thousand rupees for four days without staying there, because they took our money anyway. Don’t book this place. The rooms smell, the blankets aren’t clean, and the reception guys have no manners.

They put us in a different hotel room because there’s no hotel by this name. That room was awful too. Worst service, don’t book.

Shady people, shady hotel. This is about as bad as a hotel can get. Don’t book it. A few extra bucks won’t cost you your life, so pick a good hotel instead of this crap.

My cousin booked one day here as a solo guest. They gave him a fan-only room for his tariff, but it was too dirty. They don’t even have property showing the name of lotus.
