The location was good and clean, and booking online in advance got me an offer. The rooms are nicely decorated and okay, though service was a little slow. They charged us to send a staff member nearby to buy a comb. The manager was cooperative with us.

For two nights, the room wasn't clean, the sheets were poor quality, and light from the passage came through a glass window all night. The toilet had too little water and a broken lock. The AC remote was missing, so the temperature stayed at 24. The TV didn't work either, which made its missing remote irrelevant. It was a horrible stay. OYO should be more careful about recommending this kind of hotel based on those appealing pictures.

The only good part was the receptionist, though he asked me to give a five-star rating while I was still waiting for my taxi. I had no bathroom water, the sheets were dirty, and the room was smaller than the one I'd booked. The food was awful and came on a plate so small it spilled over. My veg thali took 45 minutes.

The rooms badly need renovation. They aren't maintained well, there's no ventilation, and the small bathrooms have weak water flow. You can hear outside noise clearly because the rooms aren't soundproof. The upside is that it's cheap, and service by phone is good.
