Anand, the host, was kind and helpful, assisting everyone with whatever they needed. This place works well for anyone coming from outside Delhi or already from Delhi.

I stayed for 10 days. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were good. My stay was outstanding.

We reserved 7 rooms, but when we arrived they said only 6 were available. The person at the counter was rude, scratched his privates in front of us, and made almost no effort to sort out the many problems we ran into. The upkeep and customer service were extremely poor. I’m not sure how this place stays open.

Everything was filthy, and people were sleeping on the hallway floor. The hotel is above a bar, and the manager was rude, showing us a prepared advertisement instead of what was online. They list free breakfast but provide none, and advertise rooms as available when they aren’t. The system won’t let me rate it minus one star.
