Fabhotel Grand Palazzo

It felt like being at home, and the service was really fast. The hotel’s in a nice location and cleanliness comes first here. Staff welcomed us warmly, gave honest information, and were kind enough to offer extra help. They didn’t charge anything extra. Everything was amazing.

The staff were nice, and we liked the place, room, and food. Everything else was fine. I did expect more decoration for what I paid, though. One suggestion: the candles should be lit before guests come in.

The room’s lock didn’t feel secure. There was only a card lock, with no extra lock inside, and it seemed anyone with a master or duplicate card could open it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a woman travelling alone. The rooms were cramped near reception, so I could hear staff and phone conversations loudly until around 2 or 3 am. There was no privacy, and the atmosphere was disturbing. I had booked a day ahead and called from the airport to say I’d need dinner, but after my two-hour trip I still waited another hour while they went to get it. They took payment before the meal arrived, as if I might leave without paying. I hadn’t even had a chance to freshen up. The next day, after work, I ordered lunch at 3:30 pm while extremely hungry and waited two hours for it. The washroom was very dirty when I arrived late at night, and a man came to clean it. The power went out three times around 1 am, with no generator or backup. I was alone in the room waiting to see when it would come back. They only provide accommodation, not lunch or dinner, so ordering from a food app is a better option. I’ll be in Delhi often, but I won’t stay here again.

The staff were respectful and brought the food on time. The snacks they had were acceptable, but there should be more food choices. Other guests were very noisy, and sounds from outside carried easily into the room. Staff need to keep the noise down so others aren’t disturbed. I also had to wait for a room on check-in day. The linen wasn’t up to standard, the towels were poor, and fresh pillow covers weren’t available promptly.
