The staff were courteous, but the service was absolutely pathetic. I couldn’t find the hotel easily and had to call MMT and Fab Hotels for directions. There was no proper parking, even though it was listed when I booked. The room had no slippers, dental kit, or proper food menu. The blanket was just a duvet cover with no cotton inside, so I was cold all night. At first they said they couldn’t replace it, then they brought another one that was exactly the same.

The room itself was good enough, but I felt uncomfortable the whole stay because the bedding wasn’t clean to my expectations. White cotton kept coming out of the blanket, getting all over my clothes and turning them whitish. The sheets and pillow covers weren’t clean either.

After we arrived, the service was unacceptable and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. This place came across as completely unprofessional and misleading. When issues came up, there was no customer support and they ignored us, even after we made genuine complaints. We still didn’t get our payment back. It feels like they care about collecting money rather than customer satisfaction. I was highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The staff were helpful and cooperative throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr Ashish for looking after us. The hotel is very close to Rajouri garden main market and the metro station, making it a great place to stay near Rajouri garden and west delhi.

We changed rooms at noon because there was no geyzer, but the new room had no hot water either. There was no management to help, just excuses that we’d booked online and they couldn’t do anything. I’ve never stayed at a hotel like this. Poor service and poor management.
