They scanned my ID and later tried to blackmail me, saying they’d share it with fraudsters unless I sent money. There was no proper billing or registration process either. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional, and I strongly urge people to avoid the hotel. The rooms were in poor shape, and both the stay and food cost far too much.

The rooms are good, but the service is awful. They don't clean the room, and the AC wasn't working either.

We found a much better room at the same price range elsewhere. I didn’t stay here for even two hours. If you’re travelling with a woman, I’d avoid this place, it felt shady. The room hadn’t been cleaned. They told me to check in while they cleaned it, but when I went upstairs it was still a mess. I raised it several times with no result. The tap was broken and the geyser didn’t work. They had no menu or set prices, and everything was far too expensive. They gave no bills for anything. They were friendlier before I checked in and paid, then seemed to care very little. I wouldn’t book this place or go there by mistake.

The rooms were okay, but the noise from the other rooms came through really loudly 😁😁
