OYO Flagship 18618 Ocean Blue Residency

There was an awful smell of gutkas and smoke, and no staff seemed to be around. The place had fungus, seepage, unpainted walls, and all kinds of insects and worms. This felt like a jail, not a hotel. Everything you can imagine being bad was there.

The only positive was the staff's polite behavior. The room didn't match what I'd seen on the OYO app at all, and I didn't like the location. It's beside Lifeline Hospital, on the 3rd floor, and the first two floors look like a strange, ruined, abandoned place. My room was on the 5th floor, with no intercom or geyser, and the washroom was pathetic. It didn't feel secure, with just one lift and stairs, and anyone could come into the rooms. I wouldn't recommend staying here with family.

The place was very unhygienic, and the toilet flush didn't work. The photos in the app are completely different from what you get, so don't judge it by those images. When I argued about the room, they showed me one that was even worse. The manager or caretaker wasn't good, and this was nowhere near OYO standards. It's the worst OYO hotel I've ever stayed in.

I paid 1300 for a very dirty room: the washroom was dirty and smelly, the bedsheets hadn't been changed, the bed panels were dusty, and the floors were stained. Oyo's room photos are deceptive, and it felt like a scam to fool people. I only stayed because it was already night and I'd paid through Oyo. Please don't book this. It was the worst place I've ever had to stay.
