I paid ₹700 through OYO, then the staff made me pay another ₹450 at check-in. The room had no ventilation, the water quality was poor, the toilet flush was broken, the fan was noisy, and the lights kept flickering. I felt unsafe, and the customer service was rude and useless. It was a very disappointing stay and absolutely not worth the money.

I ended up booking a nearby hotel in person and got a much better room than at hotel kabilla. Here, the online price looked like about 500-600, but after arriving they called that the booking charge and demanded around 1200-1300. When I contacted OYO customer care, the owner immediately checked me out online. Support told me it was a technical mistake and advised me to book again, when the price had doubled, so there was nothing I could do. This felt like a complete fraud. Please don’t book here at any cost.

I went through a lot of hassle with my elderly father and eventually chose not to take their room. The rate in the OYO app was much lower than what they demanded at the hotel. When I called OYO, the woman transferred me to the service team, but the call wouldn’t connect even after I entered my mobile number and the last four digits of the booking ID. I believe OYO is supporting this, too. I’ve complained to Delhi police, but there’s been no action yet. This hotel is running a fraud and scam.

The manager acts like he’ll do something about complaints, but nothing gets done. The rooms were awful, poorly sanitized, with bad beds and mattresses. Seriously, yuck. Worst hotel I’ve ever visited.
