Sushma Ssadan by OYO Rooms

After checking several rooms that were dirty and unhygienic, I finally picked one, but the bathroom was filthy. I asked them to clean it and provide fresh pillow covers, then waited an hour and asked several times. Nothing was done, so I left within an hour and moved to another hotel. There was no wifi or AC in the rooms, and the switches were broken or didn't work. The staff were uncooperative and behaved very badly. I booked a week earlier because Oyo offered a discount and travelled here with my mom. I called the caretaker several times before we arrived, but he never answered. At the property, he refused to accommodate us because we'd booked at a discounted price. I called Oyo, but he still wouldn't help, and Oyo couldn't transfer the booking to another hotel. After a long journey with my mom, I asked him to give us a room at whatever rate he wanted. This was the worst experience. I suggest people avoid booking here and read reviews before choosing a hotel.

The room was incredibly dirty and didn't match the pictures at all. The washroom smelled awful, and there was so much noise from other rooms that I couldn't sleep until 5am. The management team didn't do anything about it. It felt like a party bar. A total waste of money, don't go here.

I arrived at OYO around 2 pm for my Nov 5-7 booking, two hours after check-in time because my train was late. Despite booking 24 hours ahead, they said every room was full. OYO support refunded Rs 595 of the Rs 710 I had paid. I also noticed there wasn’t even an OYO sign outside. The staff were rude, and some were drinking while working. I later booked at GREEN CHILLY HOTEL through Goibibo and paid more, Rs 1200, but at least I got a room. I’d avoid this OYO.

The room was dirty, and the washroom smelled awful and had no water. The price seemed okay, but if you charge 900 rupees for 5-6 hours, the room should be clean and the washroom hygienic.
