The staff at NP International were polite and did what they could to make the stay pleasant. They handled requests promptly and helped whenever possible. The location, though, isn't very convenient.

The room smelled strongly of pigeon droppings, and the bedsheets were dirty. The building is old, dirty, and poorly maintained, and the website and Google photos are misleading. Staff offered no help at all. For 1500rs per room, this was a horrible experience.

A staff member helped me when nobody would accept my auto or cab booking, and the staff were good. Apart from that, I didn't like the hotel. The photos on its Google page don't look like the place itself.

I stayed recently at (Feb hotels NP international), and had one of my best hotel experiences. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good. I'd definitely stay here again.
