We left within an hour. When we asked for a room change, the staff replied, “Why, what’s wrong with this one?” We also asked for a towel, but the staff member went away and never came back. While checking other reviews, we saw one claiming there were hidden micro cameras. I can’t verify that claim. The location and hotel were both awful. I wouldn’t suggest booking near Dwarka Sec 9. Try Sec 7 Ramphal Chowk or somewhere else, just not Sec 9.
I’m very happy with the service and satisfied with the property. The staff were supportive, and the sheets and washroom were clean and hygienic. The stay was worth it, and I never felt I’d paid too much. I didn’t find any camera, so please don’t believe fake reviews.
When we arrived, the room smelled bad and didn’t feel hygienic. There was dust and waste under the bed, and both the toilet and bedsheets were dirty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family or as a couple.
After a long trip from Srinagar to Delhi, I was exhausted and had my family with me, including my four year old son. I’d booked and paid for a hotel stay with breakfast, but they refused to let me stay because I had a Kashmir ID. Customer care sent us to another hotel far away, which cost a lot to reach. There we got a room with no hot water in winter and no breakfast. They didn’t even provide a bottle of water, so I had to buy one from a nearby market. This was one of my worst experiences. I’m going to share it on social media about agoda and hotel rose residence.
Don’t trust the photos or hotel names on online sites. We booked five nights, from 16th March to 21st March, through oyo and paid the full amount there. But the receptionist refused the booking and demanded more money. They don’t give you check-in. In my view, all hotels in this area are FRAUDS. BEWARE.
