The staff were kind and polite, and always ready to help. We stayed at this hotel several times on our trip through India. The rooms were good, large, and clean. Breakfast was sufficient, with a few options that changed day by day. Sometimes the hot shower didn't work very well, and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for it to heat up.

The extra bed was unstable and made of thin, flimsy wood. Only a very thin person could sleep on it, and I couldn't sleep at all. After 12 hours of travel, this was the last thing I expected. I've stayed in hotels in many countries and cities across India, and even budget hotels were better. I paid a good amount but got old rooms, poor maintenance, and no service. This hotel clearly doesn't respect its guests. It wasn't worth the money, and I don't recommend it. The room was in very bad shape: broken tiles, no water, a power plug that didn't work, and useless Wi-Fi. These are basic facilities, and none worked. The bathroom was dirty and unacceptable, with a rusted sink, filthy toilet bowl, and mold on the door. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We complained at reception, and they said on the phone they'd fix the plug, but nobody came. They simply didn't care. Very disappointing.

The location in the heart of Karol Bagh was really convenient for shopping, local food, and getting around Delhi for sightseeing. The hotel is a little old and could use refurbishment, but that didn't affect our comfort. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the food served at the hotel was good. The staff made the stay feel especially welcoming. They were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. When we left early for sightseeing, they packed breakfast for us without being asked. That kind of thoughtfulness made a difference. It was a very satisfactory stay, and I'd happily return to Surya International when I'm in Delhi again.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a really cozy bed. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and well-stocked minibar. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome, and check-in was smooth and efficient. I had an amazing stay.
