The owner of Surya inn is really humble and kind, and the staff are nice too. It was a beautiful stay, and being able to feel comfortable with your loved ones was the best part.

We booked for a family, but they put three of us in a single bed. They were rude and asked for extra money for basic facilities. The photos don't reflect the property, which is in a terrible state with no facilities. This felt like a fraud, and I wouldn't recommend it to standard travellers at all.

We only stayed one night, and it was a terrible experience. The sheets had stains, the rooms weren't clean, and the bathroom pipes weren't working properly. The AC seemed to be there in name only and didn't work properly. The receptionist was arrogant too. I don't know how this place gets such good reviews. If you want a peaceful night's sleep, don't choose this hotel.

The room was comfortable, the rent reasonable, and the staff courteous. M/s Surya Inn is also within walking distance of Nizamuddin, Delhi Railway Station. The one issue in my room was a blinking tubelight that wasn't working properly, though it didn't matter much during my short stay.

There was no water, the rooms were dirty, and the service was very poor. It made our stay awful, and the place wasn't worth the money.
