The staff were rude, and the room was a very bad experience. It was small and dirty, with filthy sheets and pillow covers. The AC barely worked, and there was no water in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

I've worked with five-star places and seen plenty of small hotels, but this one is the worst. They don't know how to treat people in the hotel business. Even after I'd paid 20% for the room, the staff kept asking for more money, then got rude and started misbehaving.
A third-class room, the dirtiest I've seen anywhere in Delhi. The bathroom and bedding were filthy, including the pillow covers, and the cleaning was poor. The AC wasn't working properly either. Third class, really third class.
I booked through Oyo, but they said they wouldn't accept Oyo bookings and demanded 2k for five hours, saying, "our hotel our rules." The staff were very rude. Oyo giving this place flagship status makes no sense, and Oyo should take action because they aren't meeting the mandatory requirements. I had a really bad experience with Oyo, it spoiled my day, and the whole thing was a waste of time. I don't know why Oyo gave them flagship status. I wouldn't recommend visiting, and Oyo should act against them.
There was a woman at reception who was nearly rude, telling me, "You only get this much at this price." Wow. When we mentioned the quilts and bedding didn't seem fresh, the staff replied a little impolitely that they put out fresh bedding after every stay. The room was very small and not worth the usual 30-40 USD a night. There was dust and oil on the table, and a faint cloth trail suggested someone hadn't bothered to clean or sanitize properly. The quilts, I'm not sure, smelled dusty and certainly didn't seem freshly washed. Especially during Covid, I expected hotels to keep up some level of cleanliness, and that was the most disappointing part. The hotel also smelled damp and mouldy, though that may have been coming from the air outside, since Delhi is polluted. A big no from me. Avoid it if you want a clean, comfortable night's stay.
