FabHotel Gera’s

We were stuck there because a third party had arranged the stay and wouldn’t issue a refund. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to waste money. The rooms and service were horrible, with a lot of unprofessional behavior. As soon as you leave the room, even for a few minutes, they cut the MCB power, so every time you have to go ask for it to be switched back on. There were no toiletries, amenities, or welcome. The TV didn’t work, the AC was horrible, and the cleanliness was upsetting, with a false odour. Don’t be fooled by the purchased reviews.

A quiet, clean, comfortable place, and the staff were kind and helpful. I had a lovely solo stay at FabHotel Gera's in Nemerch. It’s a great spot for a peaceful retreat, highly recommended!

Everything was broken, including doors that wouldn’t lock. The rooms were very unclean, and the bedsheets they gave me were extremely dirty. The pillows looked like they’d been brought from nature. This hotel is very unhygienic, and I recommend not booking it at all.

Breakfast wasn’t provided even though I’d paid for it, since the kitchen doesn’t start until 11.00 am. The price is half in oyo, and more importantly, the hotel doesn’t provide an authorised bill. There’s no window, fan regulator, or dustbin. The AC and TV don’t work, most rooms have no door lock, and there’s no one to escort you at check-in. The bedsheet was dirty and the bed unpleasant. Charging points by the bed don’t work, and there’s no switch to turn off the geyser. It’s a disgusting place, only ok for oyo couple.
