The staff and service were both 5/5, with everyone professional and very polite. Unfortunately, there were cockroaches in the rooms. The staff deep cleaned with insecticide, and everything was fine afterward. I blame the owner for not keeping up proper pest control. Everything else was good.

I booked through MakeMyTrip and was given a room in terrible shape, full of cockroaches. The poor hygiene and lack of quality checks ruined the stay. I'm very disappointed with both the hotel and MakeMyTrip. I can't recommend it.

The bed and Wi-Fi were the only good parts. The floor was burnt and marked by cigarettes, there was a leak in the washroom, its hanger was broken, and the door had no handle. Toiletries were missing too. Fab hotel as a brand is usually really good, but don't trust this hotel's online photos. It wasn't a good place to stay, and you can tell the rooms are used by couples for a very specific reason.

Bedsheets weren't clean, and all the rooms had cockroaches and bed bugs. It's overpriced too, with one rate shown on agoda and a different one in reality. One of the worst hotels I've seen.

I was very disappointed by the room. It was in horrible condition and crawling with cockroaches, completely unhygienic and unacceptable.
