FabHotel GK Residency

The Deluxe room looked like a storeroom, with old, broken furniture in poor condition. The hotel was also filthy and smelled of smoke everywhere. When I spoke to customer care, they didn't believe me, even though I'd just travelled 20 hours by train and needed serious rest. Fabhotels quality has gone downhill.

The room smelled bad, and the curtains, linens, kitchen plates, and food were all dirty or unhygienic. There was no drinking water, towel, or toiletries, and both the chair cushion and bedsheet were torn. The online photos were misleading. Fabhotels charged 30% more than the rate posted at the hotel reception. Avoid this place.

It wasn't worth a penny. Please don't go. Even when Fab hotel says sorry, they don't seem to mean it.

The food took up to an hour to arrive after we ordered breakfast or dinner, and we had to remind the staff every 30 minutes. At checkout, I was charged for breakfast even though I had booked a deluxe room that specifically said breakfast was included. We also had to pay for water. There was no room telephone, so we had to go to reception in person for anything, despite the booking site listing a phone, towels, bath soap, and other items as included. I'm very disappointed with the service.
