Dirty rooms, rude staff, and poor service made this a really bad stay. The place felt unfriendly, and they wanted an extra charge for a GST bill. Hard to imagine worse hospitality anywhere in the country.

The staff were rude and the rooms unhygienic. They even charged extra for a bill receipt. Service and hospitality were awful, and this was my worst experience at a hotel.

There was basically no staff support, just a manager and a cleaner. The manager was rude and seemed ready to fight if you asked for anything. He said to use whatever was already in the room, and they wouldn’t provide anything else, not even water. We had to get water from the third floor ourselves. Very bad service, and the manager was a fraud. The worst hotel I’ve ever visited. Don’t go there.

The hotel did at least give us a room, but that was about the only good part. There was just one towel for three people, and the staff were really rude. The blanket was torn, and the electrical plug was hanging out of its box, which felt risky. Even worse, the bathroom tap gave an electric shock because of the geyser. A dangerous and pathetic situation.
