The staff were well mannered, though there was a communication gap between the day and night managers. The room was spacious, but hygiene and cleanliness were lacking. Breakfast was included, but didn't feel up to the standard of the price charged. Other hotels with similar facilities cost much less.

The air conditioning didn't work, and maintenance had to come try to fix it. That disrupted my stay: first the room was unbearably hot, then I had a stranger inside my room. The bedding was also visibly dirty, with large brown patches and yellow marks on the sheets and pillowcases. That made me question the hygiene throughout the property. Clean bedding is the minimum I'd expect at any price. Management should review its housekeeping and quality checks. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

I booked through MMT corporate and had a room confirmation two days ahead, but when I arrived at 10 p.m., the hotel team said there was confusion over multiple bookings and refused to give me a room. They didn't respond to the Make My Trip team either, so I was left waiting at the hotel late at night. The rooms are poor, and there's no restaurant on site. They take food orders and get meals from a nearby hotel, which takes about an hour. The check-in staff showed no respect. You can take the risk and stay.
