The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and supportive, and seemed to have guests' interests in mind. Room service was good, the beds were fairly comfortable, and the room was quite clean. The busy, lively area suited us, though it could feel like too much for some people. There are a couple of things to know: our room shared a wall with Cheers, a bar in the building, and its music was loud enough to hear clearly from 9 pm until after 2 am. Earplugs are a good idea. We visited in winter and had no hot water, so we heated water in the kettle to wash. The towels smelled clean but were very damp, as if they hadn't dried after washing. Maybe there are no dryers or sun.

Karol Bhag, Connaught, and the main bazaar market street are all close by, which made the central location a highlight. We were four and took a large room. It had the necessary amenities, was cleaned regularly, and came with 24-hour room service. The hotel's food was fantastic too. The staff were professional and extremely polite. Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. I'd highly recommend staying here in Delhi.

We booked for two days but left after only five hours. The location wasn't pleasant, and the room only looked modern at first glance. Up close, it didn't look good. The towels and bedding were grey, and the sheets looked as if they hadn't been changed since the previous guests. I don't understand the good reviews.

Staff were helpful, and the rooms were clean with all the amenities. The hotel is in a prime area with transport options nearby. I checked in late at night and left early in the morning, so it was quiet then. During the day it's noisy, and you might not get good sleep.

The taxi I ordered for the airport arrived on time, but its seatbelt was broken and unusable. That should have been fixed, especially with traffic being dangerous. Otherwise, the staff were very nice: the doorman opened the door with a smile, the rooms were clean, and reception was helpful.
