I don't usually post reviews, but reading other people's hotel reviews can make me worry about my own bookings, so I wanted to share a fair account. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Olivia Inn. The rooms and food were good, it was clean, and the staff were cooperative. I'm not sure why people say so many negative things about the hotel. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bedroom was clean and comfortable, so I enjoyed staying here. Some things need attention, though. The tea cups in the dining area had dried tea stains. The toilet downstairs by reception was clean when we checked in, but dirty and smelly the next morning at checkout. Of the three deluxe rooms I'd booked, one had no towels. I hope the manager looks into these problems and improves things.

The staff are pathetic, and the owner is just another cheat in the hotel business. They'll let you book through Oyo, then deny you service and won't even help you find the property. What can you expect from a 2-star hotel with 1-star service quality? Horrible people.

The hotel is good value for money, about 4 KM from IGI Airport. The staff behave well, and the rooms are clean, though not very spacious. I wouldn't say it's that good for family stays.

The hotel had just opened in 2019. I had trouble getting toiletries and warm water, though those issues were eventually sorted out. Later, they charged me for the complimentary breakfast, and the matter was resolved after the Oyo team intervened. I asked Team Oyo to guide them on proper customer interaction. The hotel isn't on the main road, and the cabs I booked were often cancelled. It may be best to try a hotel on the main road near Lohia hotel. I don't know whether the 5 star rating is paid for, lol.
