The rooms were spotless and neat, and the location is great, near Hauz Khas and other prime spots in Delhi. I've stayed here three separate times, and the people were truly kind on each visit. They answered our questions, happily stored our luggage for a while and were very understanding when a delayed flight meant I arrived in the middle of the night. I'd absolutely come back the next time I'm in Delhi.

The bathroom was in awful shape, and the room smelled of dampness and dirt. At The Dream House, New Delhi, the bed wasn't clean, the blanket smelled terrible and the pillows had a strong urine smell. The actual room was nowhere near the photos or online reviews. This place needs a serious cleaning and inspection before hosting guests again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The sheets were stained, and the blanket and pillows smelled awful and felt itchy. The bathroom was filthy, and there were insects in the room. From the moment we arrived, our room at The Dream House (New Delhi) was dirty, smelly and unhygienic. As a frequent traveler, I don't think this hotel should be listed on any booking platform in its current condition. The pictures and positive reviews are completely misleading. One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Avoid it.

The Dream House is in a great spot for business travelers, with easy access to important parts of the city. I was there recently on a business visit to New Delhi. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained, though a little expensive for the facilities. They don't serve full meals, but there are snacks and breakfast on-site, both tasty and reasonably priced. Ordering lunch or dinner from outside is easy given the location. More dining choices would improve things. The courteous staff and cozy atmosphere made my stay pleasant. A few small improvements to the pricing and food options could make it a better fit for both business and leisure stays.

Very clean, in a great location, and the hospitality was good. The receptionist was amazing and helped with everything we asked for, getting things to us on time. Breakfast was very good too.
