We’d pre-booked single rooms for everyone on our team, but when we arrived they had some of us share deluxe rooms. That felt unprofessional. The location is good, and the food was okay, though it could be improved.

There’s no room service, so you have to order food online, and breakfast is the same single item every day with no choice or variety. The rooms are poor. Hot water cuts off in the evening, leaving none at night, and the shower pressure is weak. Towels are damp most of the time. There’s no lift to the first floor, so you have to climb stairs to reach it before taking the lift to the upper floors. I don’t know how this is rated a 3-star hotel.

We’re here on a business trip, and all my colleagues are enjoying the place. I like staying at BAMYAN HOTEL. Room #306. Great food and staff, with a great atmosphere. Everything feels so good about staying at BAMYAN. Special thanks to Mr. Ghosh for being so great and helpful during our stay.

Good food, helpful staff, clean rooms, and quick service. All my locations are 20 mins from this hotel in the middle of Delhi. It’s my go-to place whenever I’m in Delhi. Keep up the good service.

The hotel is very central, and Mr Gosh was helpful. The service and food were so-so, and the metro and tasty Pharatas are a two-minute walk under moolchand metro. I stayed at Bamyan for 4/5 days, have read the negative reviews, and agree with some. Hot water is definitely a big problem. Twice I had cold showers in Delhi’s cold December weather. After I complained, the front office said the water was hot and I hadn’t got it, even though I was the one showering. They then asked me to give an hour’s notice next time. I’m staying at a hotel, not a one-star hotel! I later found they try to save on electricity. I suggest asking the front office to switch on the hot water as soon as you check in. I also noticed management doesn’t try to defend itself in the reviews. I’d still like to stay there when I visit Delhi again. Please sort out the hot water and you’ll be smiling. Thanks.
