OYO Townhouse 057 Gujranwala Town

I checked in around 10 p.m. after attending a wedding nearby, needing somewhere to stay, but no room was ready. They charged 1600/-, and it wasn't worth even 500. The whole experience was a disaster, and I wouldn't recommend this place. Book somewhere else and put your comfort ahead of saving money. Zero stars. The room was really dirty, despite them saying it was ready. The toilet seat was broken and dirty, and the floor corners were burnt and broken, as if the room had never been cleaned or maintained. The AC made weird noises all night, so I couldn't sleep. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty, with cigarette ash on them. The bed was just springs, with no cushioning, and I couldn't sleep on it. They had also put dirty pillows and bedsheets in the almirah, as shown in the picture.

The staff were always ready to help, and breakfast was delicious. My room was spacious and comfortable, with an incredibly cozy bed. I'd definitely stay again!

At Super Townhouse Gujranwala Town near Model Town Metro, room service was efficient and things arrived on time. The amenities were satisfactory too. But the staff were rude and unprofessional, and their communication wasn't polite. They didn't show the hospitality you'd expect at a hotel. Service was decent, but the staff attitude needs serious improvement.

Worst experience I've ever had. If you stay here, carry an extra 400 to 600₹ in your pocket 😐. Two staff members kept saying, 'Sir, we don't have classic room. If you wanna stay, pay amount, then go ahead.' When I refused to pay extra, their behavior changed, as if I'd done something wrong. Their eyes seemed to say, 'Get out of here with your partner.' 😶🙁 That's what they did to me 😔. Call the OYO helpline right away. They'll help.
