The Elevate Hotel

The staff were friendly and nice, except the manager, who acted like he didn't want to be there and didn't answer messages or calls. The location shown on Booking is misleading. This hotel isn't in AEROCITY, but in a nearby neighbourhood with nothing to see compared with AEROCITY. It's a basic place, and you might manage if you're not too concerned about cleanliness, noise, dampness, internet quality or food. But if you want a good night's rest and decent standards, stay away. Much better hotels are available for the same price in better locations.

The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel served delicious breakfast and food. The staff were amazing and kind throughout, and made things easy for us. Thank you for everything.

The management was nice and helpful, but that couldn't make up for the state of the place. The location is awful, down a sketchy alley full of trash. Don't trust the pictures. There's room for only 1 car, and the rooms are dirty, with cockroaches, a filthy bathroom and an AC that doesn't work. The bed was too short for me, and I'm 170 !! The street is noisy, there's no sound isolation, and they don't tidy the rooms. The breakfast is a joke. Bananas seem to be the only safe thing to eat. I might forgive some of this, but the AI reviews and AI photos make me think someone is trying to fool potential customers. That's why I'm giving it 1 star. Please avoid this place at all costs. You're better off in a nicer hotel in aerocity or, if you can't afford that, in another part of Delhi.

Our room isn't soundproof, despite what the listing says. We can hear Delhi traffic, activity in the outside corridor and sounds from adjoining rooms. My ear plugs won't be industrial enough to block all that noise. We booked through Booking.com as 99 hotel airport because the listing showed it near Terminal 1, but we're actually in a completely different location. We chose this hotel to be near Terminal 1 and get a good night's sleep before waking at 2am for our next flight. I can only pray that works out. The Booking.com listing is unrealistic, and the hotel management can't fix the situation, so I'll complain to Booking.com. :-/
