I'd made my reservation through bookings.com, but when I arrived the manager said there were no rooms available and asked me to cancel it.

I got stuck in the elevator. It was the worst experience I've ever had.

After I booked online, the manager refused to check me in and asked me to pay extra. The rooms were pretty bad too, with cockroaches. Easily my worst hotel experience.

From here, you can get anywhere by auto, taxi, or metro, since it's right in the centre of Delhi, karol bag. It's one of the best affordable places to stay around there. Service was good, the people were nice, and they were friendly.

The guy at reception charged me more than he was supposed to. Really bad.
