The receptionist was arrogant and dismissive when I raised problems, as if customer concerns didn’t matter. We asked three or four times for the room to be cleaned, but nobody came. When we asked about hot water for bathing, they said the geyser wasn’t working because it was summer in Delhi. What kind of response is that? This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Booking here was a waste of money and patience. It doesn’t deserve even one star, and there wasn’t an option to give zero. 😡😡😡

The building looks fancy, but inside the rooms are in terrible shape. The beds were bad, the lights didn’t work properly, and there was no sign of cleanliness. Staff seemed uninterested in doing their jobs and didn’t even provide basic things like a towel. Couples looking for somewhere to stay shouldn’t consider this hotel. It was the worst stay of my life so far. I’d give it a negative rating if I could.

They charged ₹1800 for one night, though the hotel is really worth only ₹200/-. Hygiene, room cleanliness, bedsheets, and room interior all get zero from me. I’m attaching current room photos. Check them, and never stay here.

The location is convenient in West Delhi for catching flights from IGAIrport. The rooms are too small, though, and the catering is only okay, with broken cutlery.

The receptionist was very rude and told me to call OYO if I had an issue, saying they had no problem with that. The OYO rate shown is cheap, but they ask for double because they won’t check you in through OYO and take the money themselves. OYO seems to overlook it because this property makes them a lot of profit. They’re all brothers and sisters.
