The rooms were dirty and had nothing in them, not even a side table for a phone. There were no towels or toiletries, and when I asked for the washroom floor to be cleaned, they said the wiper was broken. They gave me water in used plastic bottles. On top of the terrible service, the OYO rating seems misleading: at checkout, the front desk person asked to see my email and app, then took my phone and gave the stay five stars as if he’d rehearsed it, pretending he was checking for an update.

The bedsheets were very dirty, the hotel didn’t give me a towel, and the geyser wasn’t working. I asked them to change the sheets and told them not to book the hotel. After checkout, they wanted my checkout email because they said OYO hadn’t paid them for my prepaid booking. I forwarded the email, and then they rated themselves through it. Sardar was at reception doing this kind of wrong thing.

Traffic from the main road is right in front of the rooms the whole time, with cars, horns, and people yelling abuse for who knows what reason. There’s smoke and cigarettes all over the property. The staff are rowdy, and the rooms feel shady. That’s the only atmosphere you’ll get here.

The facilities and hospitality were poor. They kept knocking while I was trying to rest after a long trip, and again three hours before checkout. They also gave me a used water bottle.

The worst part was the bedsheet, with dirty rooms and badly managed staff on top of that. No towel or toiletries either. Save your money and book another OYO. Literally a very bad experience! 🤬
