Kl Khari Inn by OYO Rooms

The bathroom was in bad shape, the floor was dusty, and the bedsheets looked used when I arrived at OYO Khari Inn. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly and didn't feel hygienic or welcoming. Even simple requests were ignored or took too long. There was no customer care or hospitality. It was a disappointing stay and not worth the money.

At KL khari, the walls were damp enough to make the room feel cold and unwelcoming, and I was concerned that this could lead to mold and health problems. The room also seemed neglected, with visible dust and dirt on the surfaces. The bedsheets were stained and dirty, and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly before I arrived. This was far from a pleasant stay. I hope management takes the cleanliness and room maintenance problems seriously. This review is true!

The rooms were very dirty and unhygienic. Everything about this place is bad, especially if you booked through an online platform. I'd look for another hotel, or choose a dormitory instead.

The bathroom had dirty flooring and a dirty toilet seat, and the room itself was unclean. The bedsheet had an oil stain, and there were lipstick marks on the pillows. In the morning, the bathroom water supply was disrupted. No amenities service was available, and they didn't even have a glass for drinking water when I needed to take a tablet. The OYO guy charged me extra compared with the amount shown in the OYO app, and said there'd be no room if I paid through the app. I'm completely disappointed with this property and its staff.
