The location worked well, on the edge of Mahipalpur near the airport, and the rates were fair. The AC room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the food was clean and great. Most hotels around there seemed closed, and the place I’d booked was shut when I arrived. Someone pointed me to Plazzo Inn, where Sanjit and the chef, whose name I didn’t catch, were incredibly kind. They found me a room, watched my bags, and let me stay the following evening too. Thanks to Sanjit and the team. I highly recommend them. 🙏

My OYO booking was for less than Rs.800 after discounts, but at the reception I was told they weren't getting good business through OYO and that I’d have to pay Rs.1000 or leave. This happened early in the morning when I was sick and exhausted. They cancelled my OYO booking and put it through as a regular booking. I wouldn’t even give them one star, they don’t deserve it.

There was no trouble with water or power, and the toilet had a water heater. The room was cramped, but okay, and the hotel itself was good. Finding it was the only real issue: it’s down a street with no signboard or notice from the road.

I keep choosing this place because I love staying here. The rooms are clean and very nice, the beds are really comfortable, and the staff are friendly and always offer help.

Even after our OYO booking was confirmed, they refused to give us a room, saying they had no arrangement with OYO. The service was very poor, and they don't care about their guests. Please don't go there.
