Hotel Krishna By OYO Rooms

I checked in at 11:30 pm after agreeing with them on 1000 rupees. Early the next morning they asked for 1100 instead. When I said we'd already discussed it, they said I hadn't told them. The uncle there was awful and told me to just check out. There was no point trying to talk to them.

The location is the biggest plus: Indore Sarwate Bus Stand is a two-minute walk away, and Indore Railway station takes about 5-7 minutes on foot. For a budget hotel in Indore, it was one of the best I've stayed at. There are several room options, cleanliness was decent, the lift kept working, and hot water was available. The staff were kind and polite. My one tip is to book directly with the owner.

Stayed here with my family. The staff were nice and supportive, and the rooms were neat and clean.

The staff were arrogant and had no manners when speaking to us. They told me to cancel my booking through a site and ask for a refund there, and they wouldn't let me check in. This happened to me and, I was told, several others too. Then they wanted me to book directly with them for 1000 -1500. This is the worst place to stay in indore, and I wouldn't book through mmt oyo goibibo or any other site. To me, it was worth only rs 150 per night, like a shelter.
