The food was good and delicious, but overall this was a very bad experience and a waste of our time and money. The rooms felt negative, and an opposite-of-this-hotel hospital meant we could hear ambulance noise all night. Staff misled clients and weren’t clear about the hotel’s policy, especially if you wanted to cancel or not continue a booking. The furniture and interiors are outdated, the rooms aren’t good quality, and the washrooms are very small and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful stay.

We regularly book this hotel when visiting Indore and have been loyal customers, but the manager showed no understanding or support. Charging half a day for just 3-4 hours of early check-in feels completely unreasonable, especially when corporate employees need a few hours of rest before returning to hectic schedules. People in corporate jobs travel constantly, stay away from family, and deal with targets, pressure, and mental stress every day. A hotel should offer comfort and hospitality, not leave guests feeling helpless and unwelcome. It’s sad that there was no empathy, flexibility, or basic concern for convenience. The experience was extremely disappointing and heartbreaking, and not what we expected from a hotel we trusted repeatedly.

The manager was very kind, and they were flexible with our timings. It was a budget stay, with clean rooms and beds. There was a slight damp smell, so that needs attention.

The room service was good, but my sister and I got food poisoning after eating a doughnut from the buffet. Apart from that, the hotel was very good.
