Hotel Kanchan

The rooms are okay and come with AC, TV, Wi-Fi, and a clean bathroom. Getting service from the staff is the problem. I have to call every time for water or cleaning. Some parts of the hotel are still being built, so that might improve later.

This is the worst hotel I've checked into in the last six months. The room felt like a couple had just used it a few minutes earlier, and there was no TV connection. They didn't answer calls from the room or provide plates for food ordered from pitai de, even when the hotel kitchen had nothing available. Staff behaved badly just because I ordered online. I'll never use this hotel again.

The room was small for a family of four, and the rooms were just okay at best. There were flies and mosquitoes, and they hadn't changed the mattress or blanket cover. A bar below the rooms played loud music until midnight and disturbed us. The toilet hygiene was three-star, so okay. This was my worst experience at an Oyo hotel.

The rooftop has a nice view. But if you enjoy a morning walk, you'll be disappointed because the main gate doesn't open until after 8 a.m. I also had some problems with the washrooms.
