The location felt a little rural, but Lulu mall is still within walking distance. There’s no restaurant at the property, though a food menu was available in the room for delivery, and Zomato and Swiggy deliveries were also available. The stay was good, and the woman at reception was really polite and professional.

I booked Lotaz Hotel after speaking with them on the phone, and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I’d come to Kerala to meet my girlfriend, and the stay was comfortable and peaceful. Madam Anju at reception really impressed me with how she spoke, her care and the attention she gave us. She looked after us so well that we felt special, almost like family. You can trust this place.

Lotaz is close to the prime location Lulu mall, but it’s in a calm, quiet area that gives you a break from the city. The rooms were tidy and the washrooms clean, and the stay felt safe and luxurious for an affordable price. The staff were friendly, especially manger Ms. Anju. Thanks to the Lotaz team.

We spent five days here and had no complaints. It’s a small, affordable hotel within walking distance of Lulu, and the managers, Ms. Anju and Mr. Faiz, were quick to help. Anju even arranged medicine, a weighing scale, and a taxi to the airport when we needed them. Thanks, Anju.
