ADDRESS7 Hotel Kalamassery

The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax, and the location was very convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were polite, friendly, and quick to help whenever needed. The service felt professional, and I thought the price was very fair. I'd happily recommend staying here.

The hotel's spot just off the highway is convenient, but parking is on the street and at the owner's risk. I wouldn't recommend Address7 Hotel. We booked an Executive Room and it didn't live up to that at all. The sheets and pillowcases were stained, the AC barely cooled the room even though reception was nicely cool, and there was no bathroom exhaust fan. The hotel knew about the fan and still hadn't fixed it. We had to ask three times for a working kettle, and only got a replacement on the second day. It left me feeling as if we got a bad room because we booked through Agoda. A very disappointing stay.

Mr. Akil at reception was especially welcoming, polite, and professional, and the rest of the staff were courteous and helpful too. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable the room was, with the amenities I needed. Address 7 Hotel had a pleasant ambiance and seemed well managed. I had a fantastic stay, with great service and lovely staff. Thank U

The location was handy, near the Metro station and restaurants, and the Wi-Fi was fast. I spent two nights at Address7 and had no major problems. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff stayed polite and helpful. My room was clean, with a good bed and basic amenities. I'd recommend it for a short visit or a business trip.
